Entrepreneurial Educators: Rent a Classroom at Reap & Sow to Build Your Dream Preschool

At Reap & Sow Children’s Center in Ashland, Massachusetts, we champion an entrepreneurial philosophy that empowers early childhood educators to pursue their own vision within a supportive community. Our unique business model allows educators to run their own preschool programs within our space, embracing an ownership mindset while aligning with our center’s values of play-based learning and co-regulation. We provide the tools and environment for you to succeed not only as an educator but also as a business owner.

Reap & Sow was founded by Rebecca Negron, M.S.Ed., a former special educator turned unschooling advocate and entrepreneur. Rebecca is passionate about fostering freedom and creativity in childhood. Her approach is rooted in her experiences both as a mother and educator, emphasizing the importance of letting children lead their learning journeys. This passion has led her to create a nurturing space where educators can cultivate these same values, working with families and children in ways that are deeply personal and impactful.

Central to our philosophy is the belief in the power of free play and co-regulation. Free play fosters creativity, problem-solving, and independence, giving children the opportunity to explore their world at their own pace. It helps them develop cognitively, socially, and emotionally. At Reap & Sow, we provide open-ended materials and spaces that encourage imaginative play, allowing children to navigate complex social dynamics and build confidence through their own discoveries.

Co-regulation, another key element, is essential for helping children manage their emotions. Our educators are trained to support children through challenging emotional experiences, guiding them toward emotional resilience and self-regulation. This process creates a safe and empathetic environment, allowing children to grow emotionally strong while feeling supported in their big feelings.

For early childhood educators looking to rent a classroom and run their own program, Reap & Sow Children’s Center offers a unique opportunity to align with a community that values free play, emotional growth, and an entrepreneurial spirit. We invite interested educators to find out more about renting a classroom and joining our mission of nurturing young minds.
